Should I get my boyfriend a promise ring?

He bought me this beautiful promise ring, and hes not relly big on jewelry for himself, but I thought maybe if kind of made it a guy thing, you know maybe like a silver ring as opposed to gold with promise engraved in it he might like it? or he could wear it around his neck?? dont do any sort of “commitment” thing unless you been with him for longer then a year… all good things DO come to an end so save yourself some heart ache and grief and wait till you TRULY know he is the one!

I would maybe give him a chain or a neckles because men don’t really wear rings unless its a wedding ring or birthstone but other than that i would just stick with buying a chain or something because it would problay mean alot to him.

i think you should stop thinking like a girl, he’s a male. He doesn’t want jewlery, you want him to. Men don’t wear jewlery for the same reason they don’t wear a dress!!!
If you get him a ring, he’ll never wear it and it will get stuck in the back of a drawer somewhere and he’ll toss it out someday.
