Should I get my boyfriend a promise ring?

He bought me this beautiful promise ring, and hes not relly big on jewelry for himself, but I thought maybe if kind of made it a guy thing, you know maybe like a silver ring as opposed to gold with promise engraved in it he might like it? or he could wear it around his neck?? I dont know, what does everyone think?

i like the necklace idea. put it on a leather rope or something. that’ll look cool

dont do any sort of “commitment” thing unless you been with him for longer then a year… all good things DO come to an end so save yourself some heart ache and grief and wait till you TRULY know he is the one!

I would maybe give him a chain or a neckles because men don’t really wear rings unless its a wedding ring or birthstone but other than that i would just stick with buying a chain or something because it would problay mean alot to him.

i think you should stop thinking like a girl, he’s a male. He doesn’t want jewlery, you want him to. Men don’t wear jewlery for the same reason they don’t wear a dress!!!
If you get him a ring, he’ll never wear it and it will get stuck in the back of a drawer somewhere and he’ll toss it out someday.
