Normally you don’t give a ring until 6 months or 12 months…but a promise ring is cute and my boyfriend gave me one for valentines last year.
If you’re not really sure what to promise since it’s early still, promise to always be there for her. that way you’re not promising to marry her or anything extreme like that

I think it depends on if and how much you have talked about getting married, and what you think she would feel about it. Obviously, you don’t want to ask her straight out, but if you have talked about marriage, you should have a pretty good idea about her feelings. My husband and I got engaged after only knowing each other for 7 months, but everyone is different.

one it is too sone. two promise righs are for PUSSIE$. if your going to get engaged do it for real
