in the pocket of the jacket put the ring in, first give her the jacket, then give her the roses, tell her to search in the pocket (with the ring) and after she gets the ring kiss her and tell her you love her.

Pfft…”promise ring”. Yeeaaa…a pre-engagement ring? I’m not into that. Either get engaged or don’t. The whole promise ring idea has always been completely lost on me.
