    that is amazing my boyfriend of 2 years gave me a promise ring. i think that it is a really good idea to do it on a tree i think she will really like it

    well i would buy her a new dish cloth and put the ring inside the folded dish cloth and then put it in a box of just wrap it up then when you give her the present she opens it and sees the dish cloth and she thinks you are a very cheap boyfriend but then when she un folds the cloth she’ll find the ring and be all happy

    That’s how my friends’ older sister was proposed to and she loved it!

    Do it on Christmas Eve and it’ll be doubly special.
    Just give her the cookie nonchalantly and open your own so it’s not obvious until she finds it. And don’t get the cookies mixed up!!! (you can put a little mark on the bottom of yours or something)

    or

    or
    say something about the day you met her, proving that you remember everything about you.

    oh and have the ring in, like, your pocket with your phone, and right as your about to say something romantic, or in the middle of something romantic, pretend that your phone was buzzing and reach for it and grab the ring instead and give it to her while finishing your statement.

    or you could watch the notebook for some pointers.
